Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of ab-mot.co.uk and work carried out by A & B Motors, Unit 29, IO Trade Centre, 57A Croydon Road, Beddington, Croydon CR0 4QE. Last updated: 10 September 2026.

Bookings

Online booking is a request for a diary slot. You will receive confirmation by email. No payment is taken when you reserve the slot. You pay when the job is finished, unless we agree otherwise. If you need to change or cancel, call 020 8037 8486 or email abmotorscroydon@outlook.com as soon as you can.

Prices

Widget prices are a quote for the work you selected on that vehicle. Extra work found during an MOT or service is not done without your agreement, except where the car would be unsafe or illegal to return. Bodywork is quoted after we have seen the damage.

MOT testing

MOT tests follow DVSA rules. The Class 4 car MOT fee cannot exceed the government maximum. A fail with dangerous defects means the car must not be driven on the road. We will explain the result before you leave or before we start repairs.

Drop-off and collection

Please arrive at your booked time. Collection and loan cars are subject to availability and any extra charge quoted when you book. You remain responsible for the car's roadworthiness when driving to a pre-booked MOT.

Website

This website is for information and booking. We try to keep it accurate but MOT rules, hours and prices can change. The ManageMyGarage widget is operated by a third party. We are not responsible for the availability of that widget on your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
